Now that my audio training, EFT From A to Z, is well on its way to the public’s attention, I have begun a new project. I am creating shorter audio talks based on the workshops I have presented over the last 10 years. One of the topics that has been very well received is about using Energy Psychology techniques when treating any compulsive behavior.
Most of my experience has been with eating disorders, especially bulimia and binge eating. However, when I discovered how many of my clients were also shopaholics I studied that and have become one of the few licensed therapists in the US who specializes in helping compulsive spenders and debtors.
The approach I developed can also be used with internet or porn compulsions, and many other behaviors that people can’t control. I am having a wonderful time putting my ideas together. You will be able to download it to your computer iPod or purchase a disc that you will be able to listen to at your leisure.
Some of the other upcoming topics will include more about compulsive eating, overcoming procrastination, stop holding yourself back in life, and how to use Energy Psychology techniques with Cognitive Therapy.
