How Do You Define Procrastination?
Putting things off and not finishing tasks are ways to avoid the pain of guilt, shame, anxiety & fear. Procrastinators are people who do this habitually and hate themselves for it. The worst part is that they believe they have no power to stop it. Procrastinators come in all shapes, young and old, all colors, denominations, from all walks of life and many cultures.
