These past few weeks I have been invited to get my word out through various media opportunities. Most of you were busy preparing for Thanksgiving so you most likely missed my appearance on Christopher McAuliffe’s radio show, The Coaching Show.
In addition to being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I am also a Wedding Minister. Therefore, I see couples on their happiest day as well as times when relationships deteriorate and the once happy couple has lost their loving feeling.

For the last few weeks I have had relationships on my mind for a number of reasons. First, I have finally decided to finish the eBook I have had on the back burner.
One night I was watching a very old black and white film from the 1940’s and noticed that graying, older actors were portraying characters who were supposed to be in their fifties.
Cheryl came to see me for counseling and complained about her awful marriage, how unhappy she was with her husband, and that she was contemplating getting a divorce.
The holiday season is upon us. Do you greet it with trepidation? Festivities bring us together with family. Are you dreading that experience because you have to act as if everything is peachy when it isn’t because you are really having an awful time and can’t wait to find an excuse to leave?
Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. It was my Mom’s too. My mother was a wonderful cook. Her turkey stuffing was simple but memorable.
